Interviews are not just about answering questions, they are also an opportunity for you to learn more about the job, the team, and the company. By not preparing questions beforehand, you may miss out on important information.
To help you out, we’ve put together a list of top questions to ask the hiring manager, during or at the end of an interview. However, it’s important to remember that you don’t need to ask all of them. Select the ones that feel most important to you and limit them to a maximum of 3-4 per round. Asking too many questions may come across as a little intense.
Remember, interviews are a two-way street. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and make sure the job, team, and company are the right fit for you. Good luck!
