Providence Financial, the Brazilian fund administrator, is set to buy the Guernsey fund administration firm: Fund Corporation.
All 10 of the current Fund Corporation employees will stay employed and join the newly established Providence Financial Guernsey office.
Founded in 2007 by the Trust Corporation group, Fund Corporation specialises in fund and investment administration, across a range of asset classes and fund structures.
Providence Financial, the emerging markets specialist, is headquartered in London and has significant operations in Brazil, as well as administrative hubs in Guernsey, Miami and Sao Paulo.
