Findlay holds a Master of Arts in Business and Finance. Findlay joined Funds Talent in August 2024.

Prior to joining Funds Talent, I spent three years in recruitment within the risk analytics space in the UK and EU market where I worked with Banks, Consultancies, and FinTechs on a wide range of quantitative roles. Now my focus is on the Legal, Corporate and Funds sectors in Luxembourg where I help companies to find the best talent.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is helping individuals find positions that are the right fit for them on both a professional and personal level, while supporting companies in securing top talent that aligns with their vision.

What interests me?
Outside of work, I enjoy playing squash, walking in the countryside and gaming. These activities help me unwind, stay active and maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.
