Ogier Group’s fiduciary services business has been sold to Electra Partners, who have agreed to buy for £180 million. .
The debt involved is being financed by Lloyd’s, HSBC and RBS, and the deal involves an £83 million equity investment.
The deal follows a vote of confidence in Ogier Fiduciary’s management team, and the offshore financial services business. Ogier’s head quarters are in Jersey.
